Shipping Terms and Conditions
Standard Shipping:
Unless otherwise requested all grills exceeding 100 lbs will be delivered via curbside freight shipping. Your product(s) will be
delivered to your driveway and unloaded off the delivery truck via a liftgate that is provided on all of our deliveries. Driver may be deliver to garage or backyard depending on the specific carrier and driver. No
other services will be provided. Deliveries are scheduled by the
shipping company between the hours of 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Alternate
delivery hours can be arranged, but a premium will be added. Items under 100 lbs may be delivered via UPS, FedEx or other common carrier.
White Glove Shipping:
White Glove deliveries include two men to deliver to room of choice or backyard, unpack, removal of debris and up to ½ hour
minor assembly. Additional rates to install and set-up are $42.00 per hour per man subject to a $75.00 Minimum charge. Please call the store if you have any additional questions about our white glove shipping.
Delivery Inspection:
You must thoroughly inspect all of your packages before accepting
delivery. If your package is significantly damaged you should not
accept the delivery. If
there is any visible damage or if any cartons are missing refuse
delivery and contact us immediately. We will immediately arrange a new
item to be shipped to you or a refund in the event your item can not be
replaced. Any damages must be reported to Monkeys Gas Grills within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. If your item
is damaged during transit and damage to the package is not noted on the
shipping receipt, Monkeys Gas Grills will not return, exchange or
reimburse any portion of the sale.
If you take claim of the item(s), you
the customer are responsible for all return shipping charges.
If
any minor damage has occurred that you believe can be replaced with
parts and/or repaired, please note the damage on the Bill of Lading and
accept the item(s).
If you are unable to fully inspect
entire contents upon delivery, you must write "Subject to further inspection"
on your Bill of Lading. This will ensure that we are able to file a proper damage claim with
the shipper.
If the driver does not allow you to
sign the delivery receipt in the above mentioned procedures, refuse delivery and call us.
Please contact Monkeys Gas Grills to file a claim
if your item(s) has been damaged during shipment. Shipping Insurance: Insurance is included in shipping prices on all products.
Shipping Rates at Checkout:
The shipping rates displayed at check-out are the cost to ship all items that are in your shopping cart.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is not valid with any other discounts, coupons or special offers.
Delivery Time:
Most products will be delivered within 3 to 10 business days from the date
of purchase. However, some products are custom made,
repaired/refurbished or subject to manufacturer delays and may require
additional delivery time. In addition, some products may be delivered
at different times and different days. Please feel free to call us
before ordering to get an accurate delivery estimate for a specific
product. If a product is returned, not signed for or not accepted due
to a shipping delay, buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
